USASF Meetings 2011

This summer I had the pleasure of talking to several coaches, gym owners, and event producers, as well as attending the USASF Tier 3 and 4 Meeting and the USASF West Coast Regional Meeting. These conversations and meetings reminded me that our industry is between a rock and a hard place, the rock being wanting the USASF to fix everything and the hard place being not wanting to give them power to fix anything.

I’m not sure how this can or will be fixed, but it’s something that is delaying the progress many of us seek. On a slightly different note, over the next few days and weeks, I’m going to publish some of my notes from these meeting.
