Legality Bonus

I often work as a Legality Official at events, which means most of the time I’m involved in taking points off a team’s score. I’d like to be involved in giving points and have come up with a couple options. First allow me to award a bonus to any performance that has nothing I need to double check for legality reasons. I picture this bonus being the same point value as a rules violation but increases the score instead of decreasing it. My other option is allow me to remove 1 deduction from a team that has nothing to double check. This wouldn’t help a team that hit zero but would erase a mistake for those that don’t.

I don’t expect any event to implement this idea, but still felt like throwing it out there.
