USASF Member Management System Launch

USASF Member Management System Launch is Near! The USASF is excited to announce the Launch Schedule for the new Member Management System:

• Monday, July 24th – Open to all Program Owners and Event Producers
• Thursday, July 27th – Open to all Coaches
• Tuesday, August 1st – Open to all Athletes or Parents of Athletes

The member management system is a complete re-build of the previous system.  We were able to migrate close to 90% of the existing profiles into the new system.  Those members (program, coach, athlete) that had a UNIQUE EMAIL entered in their member information should have a smooth transition to the new system.

Usernames & Passwords

For security purposes, usernames and passwords were not transferred to the new member management system.  Be sure to clear any saved or cached usernames and passwords from your computer and internet browser.

In the new system, the user structure utilizes the EMAIL of the member as their login ID/username.  When the site opens, from the login screen you will enter your email address and click FORGOT PASSWORD and be guided through the login process.

Additional Details

On each of the launch dates for Program Owners, Event Producers and Coaches, we will be sending emails DIRECTLY to each of the user emails that are in the system with additional instructions.
