Important Announcement from Varsity Spirit and The JAM Brands

Varsity and JAM Brands merged and sent the letter below to their employees and customers.

Dear coaches and gym owners,

Today, we are announcing that The JAM Brands will merge with Varsity Spirit. As a valued customer, we wanted to share some news about what this means for you.

For you as a customer, nothing will change. Your season will not be affected by this change, and both companies will strive to ensure that your teams enjoy your best season ever. You’ll continue to receive top-notch customer service and enjoy the high quality competitive experiences you’ve come to expect from both organizations.

Varsity Spirit and The JAM Brands share a dedication to the athletes and coaches we serve. Over the years we have worked together on a number of initiatives which have had a positive impact on the development of all-star cheer and dance. We are both passionate about the role we play in the lives of cheerleaders and dancers.

Varsity Spirit and The JAM Brands team members will remain with the company, and The JAM Brands will remain in Louisville, Kentucky. Each company will continue to operate their competitions and events separately, including The Summit and The U.S. Finals.
