This week has been centered around the death of Dani Cogswell, a current University of Louisville and GymTyme cheerleader and former member of South Elite. I met Dani when she was with South Elite, occasionally working with All Things Cheer and Pure Energy Choreography, and she is one of the demos in our Level 6 Credentialing skills videos. She was a sweet girl that could do anything we threw at her and do it with a smile. I’m saddened for her family and friends, as well as her current and former cheerleading families.
After that lead in there isn’t a whole lot more to say.
Miscellaneous
The USASF West Regional meeting will take place in Costa Mesa this weekend. It’s the last regional meeting of the summer and the last place to get Level 6 Credentialed for the upcoming season. The schedule will be in the Spirit Company Dropbox as soon as I get it, which should be before this article is published.
