In the near future, probably next Thursday, USASFRules.com is going to begin publishing explanations and clarifications for rules that are most commonly violated or misunderstood. These will be informal posts to help increase understanding of the rules and hopefully decrease the number of violations. These will not be official additions or changes to any rule.
