Rework

I started reading again and recently finished Rework by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson. The book talks about how they built their company in a much different way than most other companies and by going against most of the conventional advice young entrepreneurs are given. Most of the advice given by the authors is short and simple in concept, but can be hard to implement due to being against the common grain. The book covers many topics, including productivity, competitors, evolution, promotion, hiring, damage control, and culture. It’s a book worth reading if you lead a company or are in a leadership position over part of a company.
