AACCA updated the college rules, effective immediately. The changes prohibit no-hand back handspring entries into stunts and clarify the spotter rule for towers.

Jim Lord confirmed no-hand front handspring entries will also be prohibited by the rule and has updated the article on cheersafety.org.
