NACCC 2012 Executive Committee Elections

The National All Star Cheerleading Coaches Congress (NACCC), the official coaches organization within the USASF, is holding elections for its Executive Committee at Regional Meetings this summer. Nominate a representative today!

This is a significant initiative as it means that all regions are equally represented in the cheer rules deliberation and voting process. One seat in each region is open for election this summer.

Who would be the perfect rules representative to the NACCC Executive Committee for your region? Or are you interested? Follow the nomination process below. Deadlines to nominate are fast approaching, so take action today!

Nomination Deadlines

• July 13: Northeast & Southeast
• July 20: Midwest
• July 27: West
• August 3: Southwest

Requirements to Serve

• Attend annual coaches retreat (traditionally held at Doral Resort in Miami, FL the days immediately following Memorial Day)
• Attend the Regional Meeting in their elected region
• Participate in quarterly conference calls
• Receive a Green Light Background check from the National Council on Safety Initiatives (part of the new USASF Professional Membership program beginning in August, 2012)
• NOTE: Nominees may not be members of the USASF Board of Directors

How to Nominate

• Complete and submit a NACCC Nomination Submission Form. Each form must have a total 5 USASF Credentialed Coaches signatures (from separate gyms) to qualify.

• NOTE: All members may nominate, but you must attend your Regional Meeting to vote!

Elections

• Nomination slates will be presented to all Regional Meeting attendees at check-in.
• Credentialed coaches in attendance are eligible to vote.
• Election results will be announced at the closing session on Saturday at each Regional Meeting.
