Federation Nation – The USASF blog has gone LIVE!

We invite you to check it out!

The USASF is proud to debut our first all star cheerleading blog, Federation Nation. In an effort to keep up with the speed at which information is available, we have developed Federation Nation to serve as your real-time go-to information source. This will replace the USASF’s previous static publication, First Friday.

This blog will be updated frequently; the aim is to have a constant stream of information that is current and relevant to the all-star community.

If you have items you would like to hear about, please email [email protected] with your questions. If you have a story to share we would LOVE to hear from you! The USASF is seeking to have contributors from all aspects of the industry including event producers, athletes, coaches, choreographers, parents and gym owners. If you are in the industry we think you have something to contribute!

  1. Hey!

I saw a video of a team but i can’t remember the name. The stunt sequence is like brandon all stars level 5 but instead of down a switch up after the turbo X, they do a full up. Would you know which team is doing that stunt sequence? ( turbo x caught in at prep press full up)

    1. I don’t know which team that would be. It may be a good question for Fierce Board.
