USASF Meetings 2011: All*Star Prep/Rec

All*Star Prep, Rec, or whatever it ends up being called is the initiative to organize the lower cost, lower time commitment, shorter season teams. The 2011-2012 season looks like it’s going to be a year of data collection so intelligent decisions can be made in the future. Event Producers are going to be asked to send in information about the Rec divisions offered at their events, how divisions are split, and details such as if the teams is a short season or half year team, if it’s year round, but limited practice, and other similar information. Once data is collected I assume the USASF will start slowly trying to created standardized divisions and guideline.
