Minneapolis, MN – With 25 years of experience as an event producer, Lisa Saline is flying high as plans for the Eclipse competition series take off. Eclipse Studio Dance; a company tailored to the unique cliental of studio directors, owners, and dancers has more than doubled in size over the last two years. Event registration is coming in strong and Lisa anticipates high growth for 2012.
This year marks the third consecutive year of single Eclipse events, however, due to the overwhelming response from past attendees, two Eclipse competitions are scheduled in Minneapolis for the 2012 competition season. Both take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center, although in different areas specifically suited for each competition.
The Auditorium will play host to the April 13-15… Eclipse I competition. This beautiful theatre features plush seating for all fans and great acoustics for music.
Eclipse II… on May 18-20, will be in an Exhibit Hall on the main level of the Minneapolis Convention Center as in years past. We will again bring in bleacher seating, and have ample dressing room space for all studios.
As with previous Eclipse events, the 2012 Eclipse competitions will have multiple panels of judges who are style specific, and due to frequent rotations, alert and attentive. Teachers will receive complimentary program books, meal vouchers and goodie bags, while dancers will be given a special gift. The Eclipse event promises everything you want … and more!
