The USASF has updated the 2011-12 Rules. According to Les Stella there was 1 rule added for Restricted divisions and some rules were cleaned up. The new Restricted rule says:
Pyramids-Release moves w/ braced inversions: All pyramid release moves are limited to up to one and 1⁄4 flipping and 0 twisting rotations.
