    Andre-
Knowing of Debbie – as I have for many years as an Alabama fan- I can assure you that the allegations are simply an effort at retaliation for her courage in speaking out against the discrimination suffered by her student athletes, as well as her own eventual dismissal. She was a great asset for the U of A, and worked tirelessly for them. If you take the time to look into this matter, you will find that the University violated the Fair Labor Laws by not paying her any overtime for all the work she did. They paid her less than $15,000 a year in salary until 1994, when an evaluation by MERCER salary auditors caused her to get a $10,000 a year raise! Don’t just buy the University’s side of the story on this….Debbie should win her lawsuit against Uof A.

    1. As with most things, I’ll assume the truth is someplace in between what each side it saying. I hope the result is of all this is fair, whatever fair may be in this situation.
