PR: Who Will Be This Year’s UPA Hall Of Fame?

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (June 14, 2010) –  Since it’s debut in 1988, UPA established the Hall Of Fame to recognize outstanding individuals in the spirit industry.  Inductees are selected based on a variety of facets that may include coaching teams, developing associations, judging events, training athletes, choreographing for teams and/or continually enforcing the positive promotion of cheerleading and dance.

The 2010 UPA Hall of Fame Inductees were:

• Susanna Reyes from ULA Dragones Dance Program – Mexico
• Sue Godes from Planet Spirit All Star Cheer Program – Golden Valley, Minnesota

UPA Cheer & Dance will announce the new inductees at this year’s all-new SEMI FORMAL GALA on Saturday, February 26th, 2011, in Minneapolis during the AmeriCup Championship.  We are asking all of you in the spirit world to send us your recommendations for this high honor.  Please include their name, email, and a brief outline of their accomplishments.
