  • Worlds Week(end)

    I went to Worlds for somewhere between my 5th and 8th time. I thought it was my 5th, but my Worlds wife informed me it was my 8th.

  • Disney 2016

    I went to Orlando for cheerleading and saw friends, the Hot Now sign at Krispy Kreme, animals made out of lights, fireworks, and cheerleaders.

  • Summit & Louisville 2015

    The past week included judging the Summit and a trip to Louisville with Kenny to update the Level 6 curriculum. Last year at this time was the last time I saw Dani before she passed.

  • Worlds 2015

    Worlds 2015 has come and gone. It was as crazy, long, fun, exhausting, predictable, surprising, and great event as ever. Our friends at Cheer Daily posted the results. On to Summit (and Louisville, and Melissa’s wedding, and Kentucky Tryouts).

  • Pre Worlds 2015

    Twas the week before Worlds so just about everything done was related to getting ready for Worlds. One of the exceptions was Chicken Sunday with Gus’s.

  • UCA College Nationals 2015

    Last weekend I went to UCA College Nationals. Alabama had a great performance and won. Kentucky didn’t and finished 3rd. Kentucky’s dance team also finished 3rd which I believe is one of their highest finishes.

  • Orlando in Spring 2014

    I went to Orlando again, roughly 24 hours after returning from my last trip to Orlando. This time it was for Worlds and Summit. I also got to see Team USA perform and La Nouba.

  • COA Ultimate 2014

    I went to Orlando Easter weekend for an event and to spend a little time with my family. Then I went back to Memphis for 22 hours before returning to Orlando for Worlds.

    I went to Orlando for UCA, but forgot to take many pictures.

  • Cinco de Mayo

    Today is Cinco de Mayo. I feel like I’m still recovering from last week in Orlando, mainly the weekend part of it, and trying to catch up on everything. Hopefully everything will be back on track some time next week. Until then, have a great Cinco de Mayo.
