My weigh-ins over the break were all over the place. I exercise and step on the scale each morning after my shower. They aren’t at the same time each day, but probably within the same 90 minute block. The amount of food I eat and water I drink doesn’t vary enough to explain the 5 changes of 5 or more pounds. I don’t have an explanation for some of these changes.
I’m glad I didn’t have a day I needed to be a specific weight like a fighter before a fight because I’d be stressed out over those large changes.

The thing I’m taking away from this is to not worry about the day to day changes because with all the fluctuations listed the bottom line is a 0.6 pound change.
