Break a Sweat

You should break a sweat every day. That’s the advice Bowd gave me a while ago and I try to do it. Sometimes I run in the mornings, but don’t want to run every day to avoid the pounding on my body. The other days I need to make sure I at least go on a walk long enough to break a sweat. I do this in the morning and it helps in multiple ways. Physically it’s exercise, which most agree is good for me.  I also tend to drink more water on the days started by breaking a sweat, which is also good for health. Mentally it’s about the only consistent time I get out and enjoy nature. It also helps me start the work day with a clear head which makes me more productive when I start working.
